The requested size must be available in stock.

The original shoe box must be returned in good condition, as it is considered part of the product.

What Cannot Be Exchanged?

Change of design, color, or article is not allowed.

Used, damaged, washed, or altered products cannot be exchanged.

Sale, clearance, or discontinued items are not eligible for exchange.
